Information We Do Not Collect

Auranova does not collect, track, or share any of the following:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Browsing history
• Audio files or listening history

Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to any server:

• Music library — audio files you import into the app
• Playlists and favorites — your custom playlists and liked songs
• App preferences — equalizer settings, theme selection, visualizer preferences
• Pro purchase status — managed securely by Apple's StoreKit framework

Internet Radio

When you use the internet radio feature, the app connects to third-party radio station streams. These connections are made directly from your device to the station's server. We do not proxy, log, or monitor these connections. Radio station metadata (name, genre, country) is provided by the Radio Browser public directory.

In-App Purchases

Auranova Pro is available as a one-time in-app purchase. All transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID credentials.

Third-Party Services

Auranova does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs. The only external connections the app makes are:

• Radio Browser API — to browse and search internet radio stations
• CDN (jsdelivr.net, unpkg.com) — to load the Butterchurn music visualizer library
• Apple App Store — for in-app purchase verification via StoreKit

AirPlay & Local Network

Auranova supports AirPlay for wireless audio playback and offers a local WiFi transfer feature to import music from your computer. These features use your local network only and do not send any data to external servers. The app requests local network permission solely for these features.

Photo Library Access

If you choose to import audio from video files, the app will request access to your photo library. This access is used exclusively to read video files for audio extraction. No photos or videos are uploaded, shared, or transmitted anywhere.

Children's Privacy

Auranova does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app does not require account creation or any personal information to function.

Data Retention & Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. Deleting the app removes all associated data. There is nothing stored on our servers to delete.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
